A re-check when you approve

When you tap, it re-reads your live rate and refuses a nightly price change bigger than your cap: 20% by default, adjustable with /deltacap.

Every date, in full

"Read full text" shows every date and price before you decide. Changes to check-in and check-out rules, and changes that cascade from a parent listing to its children, always need their own tap.

Keys never go in the chat

You connect through a one-time secure web link. If you paste something that looks like a key into the chat, it's refused. Keys are stored encrypted, per account.

What it can write to PriceLabs, each only after you approve: push or clear date overrides, and update your minimum, base and maximum price.

Common questions.

Does it change my prices on its own?

No. Every change comes as a proposal with the exact dates and prices, and nothing is written to PriceLabs until you tap Approve. Proposals expire after an hour. When you approve, it re-reads your live rate and refuses a nightly price change bigger than your cap (20% by default).

Which tools does it work with?

PriceLabs for pricing. For your property management system, Hospitable or OwnerRez, plus Lodgify, Hostaway, Smoobu, Guesty (Pro or Enterprise plans), Beds24, Hostex, Host Tools and Lodgix in beta. The beta connections are new and we're still confirming each one on real accounts, so tell us if anything looks off. PricePulse only reads your PMS; a price change goes to PriceLabs after you tap Approve. Those are the only connections today. You talk to the agent in Telegram, and you manage your account, credits and reports on the web.

What happens during the trial?

You get the full agent for 7 days with 50 credits to use. We take your card when you start but don't charge it until the trial ends, and your 1,000 monthly credits arrive then. One trial per customer.

How do I cancel?

Email support@hatch-capital.com and we'll cancel it. It's month to month with no setup fee. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

What uses credits?

Only live market data and reports. Reading your PMS and PriceLabs, the morning brief, workflows, memory and proposals cost nothing. You choose whether it asks before spending or spends up to a daily cap, and past 2,000 credits in a day it always asks before spending more.

Is my data kept private?

Yes. Each account is kept separate, so your calendar and comps are never shown to another host. You enter your PMS and PriceLabs keys through a one-time secure link, not the chat, and they're stored encrypted.
