You set the spending rules. It can ask before it spends any credits, or spend up to a daily cap you choose. Past 2,000 credits in a day it always stops to ask before spending more. Every reply shows your balance.

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy in a pack never expire.

Can I pay for a single report by card?

Not today. Reports run on credits: your free credits, a pack, or your plan's monthly credits. A report you already ran in the last 24 hours is recalled, not billed again.

What does the PricePulse Agent plan include?

$49.99 a month covers up to 5 listings and 1,000 credits a month: the daily morning brief, answers to anything you ask, autopilot monitors, reports, and price changes pushed to PriceLabs after you approve them.

The 7-day free trial collects a card and charges nothing for 7 days. You get 50 credits during the trial, and your monthly credits arrive when it converts. One trial per customer.

How do I cancel the PricePulse Agent plan?

Email support@hatch-capital.com and we'll cancel it. It's month to month with no setup fee. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged.

Can it spend more than I want?

Only with your OK. You choose whether it asks before every spend or spends up to a daily cap you set, and past 2,000 credits in a day it always asks before spending more. It never changes a price without your tap, either.
