Connect Claude or ChatGPT to PricePulse, then ask it about your market in plain English. It looks up live comps, and once you connect them, reads your own calendar, bookings and PriceLabs rates. It can’t change a price. Here’s the whole setup, step by step.
Name it PricePulse, paste the address as the server URL and press Continue.
Under Authentication, choose Sign in now, then Add.
Claude sends you to PricePulse to sign in. If it doesn’t, press Connect next to PricePulse.
Once added, it works in the Claude phone app too. Menus change; Anthropic’s guide has the current steps.

02 In the PricePulse window
Sign in, then approve.
Your AI opens a PricePulse window. Sign in, or create a free account right there: it starts with 50 free credits, and no card is needed. Then check what the app can do and tap Approve.
If you approve, it can look up live market data with your credits, up to 200 credits a day for that app, and read your own connected data.
New here? Create the account in the same window, and confirm your email when we ask.
Want your AI to read your own calendar, bookings and PriceLabs rates too? Connect your PMS and PriceLabs in your account. It’s optional.
It can’t change prices, settings or schedules.
It can’t pay for anything. Credits are bought on a Stripe checkout page, and only you can pay.

03 Ask
Ask a real question.
Ask the way you’d ask a revenue manager. Your AI picks the PricePulse tools it needs: reading your own data is free, and live market data uses credits at each tool’s listed price.
In Claude, if it doesn’t use PricePulse, open + → Connectors in the chat and turn PricePulse on.

Another way · a private link
Or connect with a private link.
For an app that can’t sign in, or if you’d rather not, create a key in your account instead. It comes with your private connector link: the server address with your key in it.
Open Account → AI assistant (MCP) and create a key. Give the key a name, like “Claude”, and a daily credit limit: 200 unless you choose another number, up to 2,000.
Copy your connector link. You’ll see it once, so treat it like a password: it contains your key.
Add it as in step 1, with the link as the server URL. In Claude, choose No sign in under Authentication; in ChatGPT, choose No authentication.
There’s no sign-in or Approve step: the link itself grants access, so keep it secret. Revoke it any time in your account.
We show a key once and store only a fingerprint of it. Lost it, or think it leaked? Revoke the key and its link stops working on the next request.
Claude Code, Cursor or another app that takes a key? Use the server address with your key instead. The MCP reference has a snippet for each, and your account shows a ready-made Claude Code command when you create a key.
Your AI gets answers from PricePulse. It never gets a way to change anything.
Read-only
It can’t change prices, settings or schedules, whatever your assistant is told.
Price changes stay with you
They happen in Telegram, behind your Approve tap, never from your AI.
You approve it
When you connect by signing in, nothing connects until you tap Approve. A connection only ever sees your own account.
Only you can pay
Credits are bought on a Stripe checkout page, and only you can pay. Your AI can’t.
Disconnect any time
Disconnect an app in your account and it stops working on the next request. A revoked key stops too, link included.
Kept out of our logs
We log which tool ran and what it cost, never what you asked. We keep private connector links out of our server logs.
Questions
Before you connect.
Which AI apps can I connect?
Claude (added on the web or desktop, then usable on your phone too) and ChatGPT (on the web) connect by signing in to PricePulse, with no key to copy. An app that can’t sign in can use a private connector link instead. Claude Code, Cursor and other apps that connect to MCP servers can use a key; the MCP reference has the setup for each.
Do I need a PricePulse account?
Yes, a free one. If you don’t have one yet, create it in the PricePulse window that opens when your AI asks you to sign in. It starts with 50 free credits, and no card is needed.
Can my AI change my prices?
No. The connection is read-only: it can’t change prices, settings or schedules, whatever your assistant is told. Price changes stay in Telegram, behind your Approve tap.
What does it cost?
Connecting is free. Market-data tools use your credits, the same as in Telegram, at the price listed for each tool, and reading your own data is free. A free account starts with 50 credits, and you can buy more on the Pricing page. Credits are bought on a Stripe checkout page, and only you can pay.
Do I need to connect my property manager?
Only for your own data. Most market-data tools work as soon as your AI is connected. To let it read your calendar, bookings and PriceLabs rates, connect your PMS and PriceLabs in your account. The PMSs that work are Hospitable and OwnerRez, plus Lodgify, Hostaway, Smoobu, Guesty (Pro or Enterprise plans), Beds24, Hostex, Host Tools and Lodgix in beta.
How do I disconnect an app?
Open Account → AI assistant (MCP) and press Disconnect next to the app under Connected apps. It stops working on the next request. To use it again, connect it from the app and approve it.
Can I connect more than one app?
Yes. Each app you approve shows under Connected apps with its own daily limit of 200 credits and what it spent today, and you can disconnect one without touching the others.
What if my private link leaks?
Revoke that key in your account. It stops working on the next request, and so does its link. Then create a new one. (Apps connected by signing in have no link to leak.)
Ask your AI about your market.
A free account comes with 50 credits, and connecting is free.
